Why So Much?!

Yeah, we ask that question too. And sometimes the answer is... because adoption puts you in the uncomfortable position of being easily taken advantage of. But more often it's because it takes so (so so so so so so so so so so) much work and so many people to pull off! Adoption is crazy. But it's incredibly worth it. Since we are posting our needs, I wanted to break them down better for you all. Maybe someone would like to sponsor a line item, or try to fundraise a line item among their own friends. Those words are difficult for me to say, but we are stepping out in faith, knowing God has a path to what he asked of us. Knowing that it isn't complete suffocation and no way of paying for all the post adoption court fees, paperwork, and expenses (never mind the normal addition of a teenage expenses) we face.
